For a correction, include the merchant domain, scan time, finding, and a public source that supports the correction. Reports are observations at a point in time; merchant pages can change.

This form sends your message and email through Web3Forms to the operator. Do not include credentials, payment details or sensitive documents.

What to expect

A correction request should be checked against the cited source and scan method before a finding is amended. Confirmed corrections should preserve the original scan timestamp and explain what changed. A request does not automatically remove or alter a finding.
